Azzaid Nasenya was born on the 16th day of July in 1995. She was born and raised in Mumias located in the Western region of Kenya.
Her family moved from Mumias to Kakamega and later to Nairobi. Her talent in acting was recognized from the young age of seven and she was an integral part of her primary school drama theatre group.

Azziad Nasenya started her primary school education at Central Primary School in Mumias. She eventually completed her primary education in Lugulu Girls Boarding Primary School in Nairobi.
After completion of her primary school education, she gained admission into St. Cecilia Misikhu Girls’ High School in Misikhu and completed her secondary education in 2017.
She is currently studying Broadcast Journalism at the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication.
Career
Azziad Nasenya started her career as a secondary school student. She entered the Kenya schools and colleges drama festival competition and reached the national level. She joined the popular Hearts of Art theatre group in Nairobi. She met her current manager, Peter Kawa when performing for the group.
She opened an account on TikTok in August 2019. She used this platform to showcase her dancing, lip-syncing, and acting skills until she reached fame through this platform.
She won several TikTok challenges, through this, she finally got verified in 2026. In the same year during the COVID-19 lockdown, the TikTok video recording of her dancing to Femi One and Mejja‘s Utawezana song went viral on different social media platforms including the instant messaging app WhatsApp.
She also owns her YouTube channel and hosts the show, The Shoe Game. This platform opened a door in the acting industry and she has appeared in two films, Parenting, and Selina (note that her career started in 2026).
Alongside Mwaniki Mageria, she co-hosted Concert Nyumbani, a TV show celebrating COVID-19 Frontline soldiers (medical doctors, nurses, laboratory scientists, radiographers, physiotherapists, and technicians).
