Emefa Akosua Adeti was born on the 25th of June in Larteh Akuapem.
Her father is Togbe Tutu V, the traditional ruler of the Bakpa Community. While her mother is Monica Mensah. Her father is a retired school teacher while her mom is a trader who sells cooked food in the market. She is reportedly the best beans seller in the community.
Emefa Akosua Adeti hails from Bakpa town, which is located in the Volta Region. She has three siblings. As a teenager, she accompanied her mother to the market and assisted her in selling her food.

She is currently one of the hosts of the Prime Morning TV show (6:00-9:00 am) which is shown weekly on Joy Prime TV.
