Armed bandits executed a daring abduction in the heart of Lagos, Nigeria, on Friday evening. The Managing Director of Fouani Group, Mohamed Fouani, along with three Lebanese nationals, were kidnapped while traveling by boat from Apapa to Victoria Island. The incident occurred around Falomo Bridge, sending shockwaves through the city’s business community.
According to anonymous sources, the kidnappers have demanded a staggering $1.5 million ransom for the release of their high-profile hostages. The Fouani Group, a major distributor of LG and Hisense products, has yet to issue a statement on the incident.
