What we call the psyche includes mind exercises known as ‘higher mental capacities’ or ‘higher scholarly capacities’. The broad external layer of dark matter that structure the outside of the cerebral cortex is liable for the higher mental capacities’.
So if the higher mental capacities which are situated in cerebral cortex are what establishes the psyche along these lines the psyche is situated in no other organ than the human mind itself.
