Go to the DHL Express website or the DHL Express mobile app.
Enter your tracking number in the “Track Your Shipment” field and click on “Track.”

You can also view shipment details such as the sender’s and recipient’s details, shipment weight, and delivery status.
If you have any questions about your shipment or need further assistance, you can contact DHL Customer Service through the website or app.
Note: DHL Express tracking numbers typically start with “JD,” “JJD,” or “JV.”
FedEx Ground and Express tracking numbers are usually 12 to 14 characters long. Less common tracking numbers used for special services can also be 20 to 22 characters long.
